We typically ship your order within 1-3 business days.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you don’t love your items, please contact us at crystalwandcreations99@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your item.

Customers must ship items back within 7 days of receiving them. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any damage that may happen during return shipment. We recommend shipping items in padded envelopes or boxes. Once item is received, we can issue a refund.

If your items are delivered damaged due to postal services, please send pictures of packaging and items within 24 hours.
