We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose, unless you fill out the registration form.

Our Shipping Policy:

We use UPS for all metaphysical product deliveries and USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail for all stained glass and jewelry deliveries. All CWC stained glass and jewelry items are shipped FREE. UPS shipping rates are calculated by zip code. You can always view your shipping costs prior to placing an order. Once an order is placed, an email confirmation, with details about your purchase, will be sent to you.

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 business hours. Once completed, you'll receive an additional email notifying you that your item(s) have shipped.

Our Return Policy:

Crystal Wand Creations wants you to be a happy customer and to be completely satisfied with the creations that you receive from us. You may return or exchange your item within 15 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. Please contact Crystal Wand Creations to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending any item back. Any item sent without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

The item must be returned in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges will only be credited if the error was on our part. Credit card or PayPal processing fees are not refundable on returns. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer.

To return your item to Crystal Wand Creations, please follow the steps below.

1. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment. Your feedback is very important to us!

2. Notify Crystal Wand Creations of your intent to return your item by calling 1-765-437-6503. You will be given a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.

3. Pack your item for return with a all the original packaging and paperwork. Please address the package to: Crystal Wand Creations 206 N. Buckeye Street Kokomo, IN. 46901 Be sure to purchase “Delivery Confirmation” with your shipment. We recommend insuring the return package for the full value paid. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost. No exceptions.

4. Once your returned item is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days. Crystal Wand Creations will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your account within 10 business days. Once the adjustment has been made to your account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.

5. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.

6. Should a customer place an order that is processed and shipped, and the order comes back to us marked “refused”, we will charge a 25% restocking fee on the total of the merchandise that was refused.
